make it rentable.

Several things need to be taken care of around the house. The bathroom
needs new fixtures and cabinets. All rooms, including the basement, main floor,
and upstairs, need to be sorted through to decide what items will be kept,
sold, given away, or thrown away. In other words, we need to save and/or
distribute important things, sell or give away anything that is not important
to the farm, and throw out anything that is not needed. The first floor would
have one bedroom with an office where the two bedrooms currently are. The
upstairs can be converted into two bedrooms with a half bath and storage space.

The area around the house

Immediate action: Identify areas of assets. Clean, repair and improve the lawn surrounding the house.

 Cut, divide, and/or plant appropriate plants to make the house presentable.   

         Everything within the driveways we need to identify the plants and what we want to save or
maintain any flowers bushes and things like that need to be identified and
divided up. We need to maintain the tulips, irises, and other plants to keep
the house looking nice. Clean up any bushes that are overgrown and divide them
to give to people or replace them with more appropriate plantings.
